Concerto gratuito: Tom Waits Live at Rockpalast 1977

 

Tom Waits é um daqueles artistas que se reinventam constantemente. Este é um concerto da sua "primeira fase", registado em 1977.

De acordo com a descrição dos vídeos (não oficiais) que encontrámos no YouTube, o espetáculo foi gravado nos WDR Studios, em Colónia, em 18 de April de 1977.

A qualidade do vídeo não é muito boa, mas vale como um excelente "best off" da carreira de Tom Waits anterior a 1983, ano do lançamento do álbum que transformaria totalmente o seu percurso musical até esse momento: Swordfishtrombones.
